A LEEDS office complex has been sold in a £4.375m deal.

The 23,310 sq ft serviced office complex, Brooklands Court, in Hunslet, was sold on behalf of its owners, C Gledhill Ltd, which was based at the complex, to property company Highcross. The sale was managed by property consultants King Sturge.

Brooklands Court is a former industrial building which underwent conversion for multiple use by a range of light industrial, distribution and professional services businesses. It has an annual rental income of £350, 275.

The Manchester office of Highcross acquired the property as part of its expanding Bizspace work-space portfolio.

An associate in the King Sturge investment team, Ben Hall, who acted for C Gledhill in the deal, said: "The serviced office sector remains extremely competitive as demonstrated by the interest we received during the marketing programme for Brooklands Court."
